Leveraging their expertise in BEPS regulations, MD Energy Advisors provided strategic insights that not only ensured compliance but also empowered Seawall Development to make data-driven decisions aimed at improving energy efficiency across its portfolio.

Seawall Development leveraged results from the benchmarking process to implement a building tune up utilizing local utility incentives to improve operations at one of their properties. The building tune up process identified and implemented three energy conservation measures saving them nearly 127,893 kWh annually.
